InnoVista was founded in 2007 to bring new solutions to the growing field of technology commercialization.

InnoVista Systems, Inc. is a privately-held corporation headquartered just outside the Boston technology corridor. Our Founder and CEO is Bruce D. Gretz, a long-time entrepreneur and consultant to both university and corporate licensing offices. Most recently, Mr. Gretz was the Vice President of Business Development for Knowligent, a leading provider of back-office systems for licensing operations. As the Founder and Principal of Alpha Consulting, Mr. Gretz developed the TechAsses™ methodology for judging the licensing potential of new inventions. TechAsses has been applied to hundreds of promising technologies by over one dozen leading institutions. Mr. Gretz holds an M.B.A. from The Wharton School of Business as well as engineering degrees from Stanford and Cornell.
