InnoVista Releases Beta Version of Technology Commercialization Software

Newburyport, MA, --- March 23, 2009 --- InnoVista Systems today announced the beta release of the world's first enterprise software for technology commercialization. Called ComTRAX (for "commercialization tracking"), the software has built-in functions for tracking all aspects of the commercialization process. A key feature is the New Project Wizard, a questionnaire that establishes an initial workplan based on proven commercialization methods. Each workplan includes action items with due dates and responsible parties, so no task gets forgotten. ComTRAX includes many features found only in the most sophisticated enterprise systems, such as interactive searching and sorting, custom report building and data export, and multiple levels of access control and security.

"We have been working tirelessly during the past year on ComTRAX with our development partner Flinders Partners, " said Bruce Gretz, CEO of InnoVista. "Everyone on the team is very pleased with the result and we are eager to get the system in the hands of beta users."

ComTRAX will be marketed by Flinders Partners in Australia under the name ASK
